A great measure up for TexDraft; historical, brick construction, large volume and the width of a city block. We provided basic floor plans [31,433 sqft measured] and exterior elevations. You can view images here.

Another high-profile measure up for TexDraft. Between Katz’s and MoMo’s this building has some serious Austin energy. We provided basic floor plans [9,629 sq ft measured], roof plan [6119 sq ft measured] and 3 exterior elevations. Non uniform construction and floor changes added to the level of complexity, however we always welcome the challenge and the great views of downtown Austin from the deck made for some pleasurable measuring.
